MECHANICS:

1. Raffle period is from January 8, 2024 (12:01am) to June 30, 2024 (11:59PM).
2. Who can join the Promo
   1. Residents of Philippines aged 18 and above.
   2. Promo is NOT open to employees of Petron Corporation, advertising agency and participating stations, including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity.
3. How to join the Promo:
   1. STEP 1: Buy at least 1 liter of Rev-X and Blaze Racing engine oils with promo sticker from any outlets and Petron service stations. Each liter is equivalent to 1 sticker attached to the product.
   2. STEP 2: Peel off the tamper-proof sticker to find the 8-digit unique alphanumeric code. Take a photo of the code as proof of purchase as it will be required in the registration to join.
   3. STEP 3: Visit https://onlinepromo.petron.com/PEOP/PromoDetails or scan the QR code from the peeled-off sticker. Participant must enter his/her name, email address, home address, mobile number, 8-digit unique alphanumeric code, and attach a photo of the code.
   4. STEP 4: Once the details are entered, the Promo Website will confirm his/her entry for the raffle of the Promo. This code and entry will expire on June 30, 2024.
   5. Raffle draw will be scheduled and announced as stated in the Prizes and Announcement of Winners.
   6. 1 Sticker is equivalent to 1 Promo Code valid for both the minor and grand prizes raffle draw. Each code can be registered once during the entire promo period.
   7. Participants are allowed to submit as many entries as they want and can win more than once during the entire promo for the minor prizes. Non-winning entries are still eligible for succeeding raffle draws.
   8. The Prize is personal to the Participant and is not transferrable and cannot be sold under any circumstances. Prize is not convertible to cash.
   9. If the unique code has been tampered, scratched, or unreadable, Organizer will require proof of purchase from Participant and has the authority to verify and decide if the code will be replaced with a new one.

   • Raffle draw will take place on MS Teams in the presence of DTI representative.
   • Winners will be announced via Petron Corporation Facebook Page. Organizer will reach out to winners via call and email to inform and validate.
   • Prize tax is shouldered by the Organizer.
5. How to claim prize and verification:
   1. Organizers will verify the drawn winners first before announcing it on Petron Facebook Page.
   2. Raffle draw winners will be subject for verification. Winners shall be notified via phone call, and through registered mail if unreachable through the registered mobile number. This notice will be sent within 14 calendar days after the raffle draw; failure to submit requirements may result in disqualification.
   3. Forfeiture/disqualification of winners will not be done without prior information to and approval from DTI. Upon approval of DTI for disqualification, the remaining prizes will be re-allocated within the raffle period.
   4. All potential winners must go through the verification process and must submit requested requirements before they can be awarded their prize.
   5. Potential winners will be requested to present one (1) valid government ID with photo issued by any government agency or valid school ID for students who are at least 18 y/o, and photo of the promo code that they submitted in the Promo Website. These should be submitted to engineoilspromo@petron.com with email subject “(Last Name)space(Given Name).”
   6. The Organizer is not liable for loss and handling damage caused by the delivery of the prize.
   7. For winners of 10,000 worth of fuel via PVC points:
      1. Non-cardholders: Organizer will provide the PVC card for winners. Non-cardholder winners shall register and activate the card before the Organizer can transfer the 10,000 points to his/her account.
      2. Cardholders: Organizer will transfer the points to the account of the cardholder.
   8. Winners may be required to sign such further documents as may be considered necessary by Organizer.
   9. Prizes should be claimed within sixty (60) days from the time of verification, or it will be forfeited in favor of Petron Corporation with prior approval of DTI.
   10. By participating in this Petron promo, all winner/s and participants grants Petron Corporation permission to use and disclose personal information and photographs in connection with this promotion for marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use on TV, Radio, Petron Website, or official Petron Corporation social media pages.

NO MODIFICATIONS IN THE APPROVED SALES PROMO PERMIT CAN BE MODIFIED BY THE SPONSOR UNLESS THERE IS PRIOR APPROVAL FROM DTI.
